Who we are
For this website, “we”, “us” and “Daswani Institute” refer to the institute operating daswaniinstitute.in, with its corporate office at First Floor, Stadium Market, A.T. Road, Nagaon, Assam 782001.
Information collected
If you submit the enquiry form, we collect the name, phone number and message you provide. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, government ID numbers, medical information or other sensitive information in the message.
If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, the information you choose to share is handled by that communication service as well as by us when we receive it. Our hosting provider may also process technical request data, such as an IP address, browser details and request time, in server logs for delivery, troubleshooting and security.
How we use information
- To respond to admission, course, scholarship, centre and other institute enquiries.
- To contact you using the details you submitted, including to clarify your enquiry.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website and its enquiry form.
- To meet applicable legal obligations and handle legitimate administrative records.
Submitting an enquiry does not enroll you in a course. We do not use the form to take online payments.
Email handling and service providers
The website enquiry form sends the submitted name, phone number and message to the admissions email address configured by the institute. The current form uses authenticated SMTP email delivery. Email and website hosting providers process information as needed to transmit and store those messages.
The current form handler does not automatically send submitted form details to WhatsApp. WhatsApp links on the website are optional links: if you choose one, WhatsApp processes your activity under its own terms and privacy policy.
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the institute, or to establish or defend legal claims. We do not sell enquiry information.
Third-party services and links
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, a Lottie player script from unpkg, and an embedded Google Map on the Contact page. Loading these resources can send technical information, such as your IP address and browser data, to the relevant provider. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy terms.
The site also links to services such as WhatsApp and social networks. Following an external link takes you to that provider; review its privacy policy before sharing information there.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry messages for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain relevant institute records, resolve issues and meet legal obligations. The exact period depends on the enquiry and applicable requirements.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted transport where supported by the email service. No website or electronic transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Please contact us promptly if you believe information sent to us has been misused.
Your choices and requests
You may choose not to submit the enquiry form and instead contact us using the public phone number or address on the Contact page. Subject to applicable law and our need to keep required records, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have sent us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
If the enquiry concerns a student under 18, a parent or legal guardian should contact the institute and provide only information necessary to handle the enquiry.
Contact us about privacy
For privacy questions or requests, email contact@daswaniinstitute.in or write to Daswani Institute, First Floor, Stadium Market, A.T. Road, Nagaon, Assam 782001.
